Keke Ride Account Deletion

Delete your account in the app
If you have the Keke Ride app installed, you can delete your account at any time:
- Open the Keke Ride app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at info@getkekeapp.com from the email address linked to your account. Include the phone number on your account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days.
What happens when you delete your account
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile information, contact details, and app preferences. Trip history and location data associated with your account are deleted in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain certain records for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Account deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you want to use Keke Ride again.
